Call Center Integration
As direct response marketers, we understand how important it is to have all of the data displayed together in one cohesive place. Our platform is able to integrate via an API connection or batched files to transfer to receive data from a client's call center. This allows our system to share or receive whatever data is necessary so all of the parties are working together with a complete view of the campaign's performance. Since our system was built by our inhouse programmers we are able to make changes to meet whatever requirements our clients need. |

Outbound Sales Confirmation
During a sales confirmation we will call your customers, who recently purchased your product or service, at our expense from our call center. After quickly confirming their purchase from you, we offer the customer the opportunity to join consumer discount programs that cover savings areas like shopping or travel.
In order to be compliant with telemarketing rules, this offer is only available to companies who are directly generating the sales leads. Unfortunately, we cannot accept leads from brokers or resellers; however arrangements can be made for referral commission. Additionally, each campaign must have a minimum of 100 new leads a day that can be sent to us.
The fixed commission we pay our clients for each valid lead is determined before the campaign starts, and is made regardless of whether we can reach / convert the consumer. This weekly payment is based on the gross number of sales leads minus individuals who either live in states that we cannot operate in or who are already in our databases. On average, our clients are paid on 90% of the total records we receive. |

Outbound Sales Call
Many of our clients use outbound telemarketing as an effective channel to generate sales. The key to this process is to have a fresh list that is properly scrubbed to be DNC (Do Not Call) compliant. We have worked with a number of list brokers and are able to help guide our clients selecting the right data to purchase or lease.
